Garden Fun

I'm posting out of order here, so make sure to visit the vacation post below!

The Sunday before our vacation, Anne and Ava were lucky enough to meet Michelle and Julia at a local garden for a butterfly exhibit. A picnic for local families with Chinese children had been planned and then cancelled, so we decided to have our own fun.

The day was hot and humid like only Wisconsin can produce, but the girls had a great time seeing the butterflies, running around the grounds and attracting the admiring glances from nearby tables when we went out for lunch. A table of four women just loved them, despite having to dodge Ava's noodles occasionally!
