Mmmmm- yogurt!
Random cuteness.
Playing with the wacky funball machine with Jacey.
Sharing blocks with one of the twins at Bonnie's house.
We've been enjoying the post-Thanksgiving week with Ava, despite the fact that Scott and Ava are a bit sick (don't know how Anne missed out on that one!) and the weather's been of the anti-stroller sort. Anne's friend Kathy came over earlier this week with her daughter Jacey - the girls bonded over a crazy funball toy Uncle Dan and Aunt Ju bought.
Anne's heading back to work on Monday, while Scott stays home with Ava during the day. Anne feels lucky to have a job she enjoys and (thinks) she's good at, so she's trying to think about the positives - an interesting job, coffee always at the ready, fun coworkers, being able to sit for more than five minutes at a time and workouts over the lunch hour. But we're expecting our house to slowly degrade as there's no longer two adults at home during the day to clean up after Ava. And Anne will miss Ava during the day - although she feels really lucky that she'll continue to be at home with Scott. It's just hard to break the habit of marveling at her cute little face for hours at a time.
Above you'll find a few fun pictures that make us smile despite the weather.

I hope that Ava and Scott are feeling better - I've been a little under the weather too. Good luck at work tomorrow, Anne! And happy birthday to Uncle Dan.
