
We leave one week from today, so we are really moving fast around here. Anne spent the day sorting and working through the mound (see picture) of baby clothes, toys, medicine, etc., for our suitcases, as well as all the other odds and ends we need to bring to China. Scott painted the rocking chair for Ava's room, tidied up the garage, and cleaned her stroller and "exersaucer," given to us by Jen.
Yep, one week. Travel plans are under way, and we'll be arriving in Beijing next Sunday night, that's a 24-hour journey from start to finish, with layovers in Minneapolis and Tokyo. Cool. We get to visit Japan, too, albeit the airport. We can't wait to meet Ava.
Now it's off to the Irish Pub with Joy and Chuck. I mean, we can't work ALL day, can we?

Yeah! Gracie's room isn't the only room with mounds! LOL!!!
